Start with weight
A substantial hoodie can act as outerwear in mild conditions. Under a jacket, a medium-weight hoodie is easier to move in and less likely to distort either silhouette.

Watch the hems
A hoodie that ends slightly below a jacket creates a relaxed stack; a longer difference can look accidental. With coats, the hoodie can sit comfortably inside because the outer layer provides enough length.

Care between wears
Air a hoodie after wear, brush away surface debris and wash only when needed. Lower friction and lower heat help preserve both fleece texture and printed artwork.
